You may use this Terminal Services client software component ("Software Component") to display or use software programs by connecting to and using the services of Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition, any of the Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system products and/or any successor(s) to the foregoing and/or any Microsoft operating system product that incorporates Terminal Services functionality (collectively the “OS Product”) that is designed to operate with the Software Component. You may copy and redistribute the Software Component provided that (i) you distribute the Software Component only in conjunction with, and as part of, a software application created by you for use with any OS Product (an “Application”); (ii) your use of the Software Component in your Application adds additional functionality; (iii) the Software Component only operates in conjunction with the OS Product; (iv) you do not permit further redistribution of the Software Component by your end-user customers; (v) you do not use Microsoft’s name, logo or trademark to market your Application; (vi) you include a valid copyright notice on your Application; and (vii) you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Microsoft from and against any claims or lawsuits, including attorneys’ fees, that arise or result from the use or distribution of your Application. Contact Microsoft for the applicable royalties due and other licensing terms for all other uses and/or distribution of the Software Component. 

BY INSTALLING, COPYING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE COMPONENT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT OR, FOR A BETA OS PRODUCT, THE LICENSE AND NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT FOR PRE RELEASE CODE ACCOMPANYING SUCH BETA PRODUCT (all such licenses referred to hereinafter collectively as the “EULA") FOR THE APPLICABLE OS PRODUCT.
